Let Me Tell You A Bit More About Myself

Hi There,

I'm Ben. I live in Tauranga in the Bay Of Plenty. I'm very enthusiatic when it comes to technology, I love making things work and I love creating. I started my web development journey around 2 years ago, starting with game development and learning the unity game engine. From there I moved into web development where I began learning the fundamental languages of the web such as HTML, CSS & Javascript. I also know wordpress which I find to be an incredibly powerful an amazing tool for creating stunning websites.

I have other hobbies that fill my time aswell including gaming, playing the drums and using a multitude of adobe software to create videos and prototypes. I would love the oppurtunity to get to meet you and build websites with you. If you’r\e interested give me a call or email!

Qualifications

Here are my qualifications I have acquired while studying with Yoobee.

My time with yoobee was fantastic, and an experience I will remember. My tutor Miguel was highly supportive and very helpful. Here I learnt fundamental skills in both design and development. Originally I entered the course believing development was only “knowing how to code”, I was wrong.

Development requires an array of different tools which include but are not limited too, customer engagement and understanding what the client wants, developing within a team environment using agile methodology, and having a firm grasp on how different technologies interact with each other to create a final product.
